Who is a leader?

Most times when someone sees me reading a leadership book, they ask me questions like 'Are you a leader?', 'Do you lead in your church?', or Do you have a position?'
I so much like Myles Munroe leadership books better, because he helped me to understand that we all are leaders. The moment God said we should dominate the earth he made us all leaders.
Another leadership expert John C. Maxwell made me realise that leadership is about having the right attitude, a leader is all about the interest of others rather his or her own. It's when people see that you know who you are that they put a position to it. Maxwell even said positional leader is the least form of leadership, if you are able to influence other people's decision and action(without being aggresive), even in the little things, then you are living out your true self.
Leadership is what we lost so satan, so now you claim you have received the life of Christ, are you taking charge of the situations in your life and the situations around you?
So be the one reading the leadership books and not the one asking the questions.
